My daughter was so disappointed with my song choice

Right after the original Frozen came out, I remember having a conversation with my daughter.

She was around 5 at that time.

We went to see it in the theatre and like a lot of the kid movies we see, we ended up talking about our favorite songs.

Hers was Let it Go (of course) but i went a different route. My favorite song was Love is an Open Door. I mean how can you resist a duet with such harmony? That’s what I thought, but when I said it, she looked at me completely mortified and said…

That’s a bad guy song!

If you haven’t seen it, this song is at a point in the movie when we don’t yet know Hans is a bad guy. Apparently that little detail doesn’t count. From that day forward, I was branded as the guy who loves villain songs. And I have to say…

It’s not totally wrong…

Because even today, I found my self listening to another classic where my favorite line is “a shining new era is tip-toeing nearer.” Do you know which song that is? It’s the song Be Prepared which the villain Scar blessed us with…which brings me to the point of this email.

I don’t know if you’ve noticed… but there are some things happening in the world right now that’s reshaping life and business as we know it. Unfortunately, that means a lot of people are looking for new jobs and more will join them in the coming weeks and months.

For the people who stay prepared, they could make their next move with a lot less stress than those who got caught slipping.

All that’s to say is there are a lot of ways to be prepared and stay ready. For me, I’m doubling down on some of my marketing courses and also adding an Oracle course to the mix. And you know I always keep a fresh resume on deck, just in case.

Do with that information what you will but if I were you I’d be scampering over to the link below with no delay:
