Lost iPhone App?

My favorite app folder

Pretty much everyone I know has the iPhone, and I assume anyone reading this probably has it as well since the user adoption seems to be growing with every iPhone release. I don’t know if the Droid phones have this same functionality I’m about to discuss, but if not I’m sure Droid users reading this can pretend and play along.

So I’m standing on the Amtrak with a few of my colleagues and being a newcomer to Amtrak, I needed to go download the iPhone app. And as has been the case many times before, the conversation turned to comparing the apps people have on their phones. For some reason, we all want to be the one who is first to download the new hotness in iPhone apps.  Something about consultants and status/exclusive offers, remember?
Someone happens to notice that I have the yelp app in my travel folder (instead of food) and this turns into a comical debate on how I clearly have the app in the wrong folder. But do I really? I explain to them that I only use the yelp and chipotle apps when I travel. Why? Because I already know where the places I want to go are when I’m at home. Seems logical enough to me.
What do you think? Is this really that unreasonable? Where do you keep your yelp app?
